The Embroiderers’ Great Escape is a weekend of stitch held in March each year at Orewa College, on the lovely Hibiscus Coast just 30 minutes north of Auckland.
Great Escape 2024 is being held on Friday 22th to Sunday 24th March

We hope that the line-up of Classes and Tutors that we have on offer will entice you to join us for another weekend of stitching.
Please don’t forget the Exhibition. Take this opportunity to share your work – we all love to be inspired by each other’s handiwork. The Exhibition theme is “Coffee and Cake”. We also have a General Display category if you have work you’d like to display that doesn’t fit into the other Exhibition categories.
As always there will be some traders to tempt you, a Steptoe table where someone else’s trash may become your treasure and of course raffles. You are also invited to our Saturday Night Dinner at an additional cost.
